I’m Gabi! After completing my undergraduate here at NTU I decided to apply for the masters course! During the MA course I’ve experimented with colour and texture, improved my animation and drawing skills and developed my portfolio ready to apply to jobs! For my project this year I completed a short film aimed at making people happy, exploring emotion through dancing, made using TV Paint, Premiere Pro and After Effects. Throughout this project I have become more expressive in my work as well as becoming more organised with my time. I am passionate about filmmaking and bringing my drawings to life through animation, taking part in anything creative from painting to pottery making. After specialising in 2D animation throughout my university journey, I’m starting to send my short films created in this time to film festivals as I take my next steps after university. Aspiring to work as part of an animation studio doing what I love and to keep learning and improving!
