Emma Scott
I’m a designer with a mind for problem-solving and idea production. While I’m not too shabby at creating visual outcomes, my love is in the concepts behind my projects. My work is witty but insightful, exploring causes I care for and topics I’m passionate about. A jack of all trades, I love many different facets of design and illustration. I work with the aim to make a difference and make people laugh, finding the humour and unexpected in the everyday to create engaging campaigns. In 2022 I was shortlisted for an RSA student design award for PeppHeart, a project addressing the inaccessibility of healthy eating for young people in low-income households and in 2021 I was awarded a YCN commendation for a campaign created to boost museum attendance nationwide. Outside of design I like dancing on ice with knives strapped to my feet, making comics, and riding on the back train of rollercoasters.
