Hi, I’m Emily! I have a very hands-on approach and enjoy both physical methods like risograph printing and collage as well as digital practices. I love exploring bold colours, images and typography combining these with textures and experimenting by hand before developing ideas digitally. This year I have covered a wide range of disciplines from branding to packaging, editorial and illustration. I often tailor my projects to the fashion and music industries, an area that I’d love to focus on. I see myself as a designer that pays attention to the smaller details and always aims to make an impactful impression. I want different people to look at my work and take something new away from it each time. I recently worked on a collaborative dog food project ‘Alpha’, which has been shortlisted for the Bulletproof ‘Stay Naïve’ student award; one of my favourites I’ve worked on, which shows the breadth of my skill set. It was also a great opportunity to work in a team with a fellow creative.
